New classes starting in the heart of Stretford in this historic, community run building.
6-7pm Beginners Yoga Course
Join yoga teacher Chloe and a small group for a complete beginners 4 week yoga course. Over the course of 4 x 60 min classes you will be introduced to the foundations of yoga; from yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).
This course is for anyone looking to start learning yoga from scratch or to deepen their understanding of yoga by taking it back to basics.

Unwinding Yoga
Join me (Chloe) for an evening wind down flow in which we can release the mental and physical tension of the day through asana, movement and breath. Expect some moments of stillness and longer held poses, along with flowy, tension releasing movements. All levels welcome.

Beginners & Improvers Yoga
Join me (Chloe) and a small group to learn and practice Yoga in a friendly, non-intimidating way.
Whether you are completely new to Yoga or not, this class is for anyone who wishes to learn and practice yoga with a beginners mindset and really understand the foundations of Yoga.
Together we will cover: yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).
