Indian Head Massage is a style of treatment based on Ayurveda (Yoga's sister science) that has been practised in India for over a thousand years.

It treats the shoulders, arms, neck, head and face, releasing accumulated stress and tension. This holistic treatment is effective in relieving stress, tension, fatigue, headaches and migraines, as well as helping to stimulate hair growth, improve upper spine mobility and improve blood and lymph circulation in the body.
